SIAA Xchange and Input 1 Launch Xchange Billing Services

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Input 1, a provider of managed billing services, digital payments, and premium finance solutions for the insurance industry, today announced a strategic partnership with SIAA Xchange and the launch of Xchange Billing Services, an integrated billing and payment solution.

The partnership brings together SIAA Xchange's member network, market access, distribution capabilities, and agency relationships with Input 1's insurance technology, billing and payments infrastructure, and premium finance platform. Together, they provide members and their policyholders with a centralized experience for billing and payment processing.

Xchange Billing Services gives members the ability to convert eligible business to direct bill even when the underlying market does not offer it natively. It bills the policyholder directly, manages premium collection and installment billing, and remits commissions to the member agency. Billing is integrated into the same Xchange workflow members use for submission and placement, and agency bill remains available.

These capabilities extend how Xchange simplifies E&S for members, reducing the administrative burden typically associated with premium collection and expanding the billing terms and payment options available to agencies and their policyholders.
