Sibel Health Secures Additional Series C Extension Funding to $39 million from Key Strategic Investors and Announces New Board of Director Appointments

CHICAGO, Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sibel Health, an award-winning digital health company, today announced the close of a Series C extension financing round, bringing its total Series C funding to $39 million. The extension included several strategic investors — Maruho Co., Ltd., and Samsung Next — and builds on the company's initial Series C round, which closed earlier this year led by The Steele Foundation for Hope with significant participation from Dräger.

Sibel's advanced wearables integrate with a wide range of mobile devices for continuous vital signs display and alerting.
