Sidley Continues to Expand in Palo Alto with the Addition of Corporate Partner Karen Dreyfus

PALO ALTO, Calif., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Sidley Austin LLP is pleased to announce that Karen Dreyfus will be joining the firm as a partner in the Palo Alto office. Ms. Dreyfus focuses her practice on representing companies in their corporate, governance, reporting, securities offering and acquisition work.  She represents software, semiconductor and internet businesses, as well as companies in the gaming and airline industries.
