Siemens Enterprise Communications Strengthens Executive Team with Appointment of Mark Greenquist CFO

RESTON, Va., May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Siemens Enterprise Communications today announced Mark Greenquist has joined the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the Senior Executive Team, Greenquist will report to Chief Executive Officer Hamid Akhavan and will have direct responsibility for finance, treasury, audit and compliance, procurement, performance controlling and information technology.

Greenquist joins Siemens Enterprise Communications from Telcordia Technologies, Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and, previously, as CFO. Greenquist has a track record of success in senior financial positions at numerous technology companies, including Symbol Technologies and Agere Systems, as well as for General Motors Europe.

Greenquist takes over from Ray Leclercq, who had served as CFO in an interim capacity. Leclercq will remain with Siemens Enterprise Communications leading internal transformation programs, as well as his role within the Gores Group, Siemens Enterprise Communications' principal shareholder.

Greenquist will be based in Siemens Enterprise Communications' US headquarters in Reston, VA.
