Sikich LLP Names Christopher Hayden as Partner-in-Charge of Presales for Technology Practice

NAPERVILLE, Ill., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sikich LLP, a leading accounting, advisory, investment banking, technology and managed services firm, recently named Christopher Hayden as the partner-in-charge of presales for the firm's technology practice.  

With more than 30 years of business experience, including 14 years at Sikich, Hayden has worked with hundreds of companies in the evaluation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. In his new role, he leads the seven person team responsible for building best practice product solutions across the ERP, customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence practice areas. Hayden will develop innovative solutions to solve clients' complex business challenges and act as the liaison between the sales and service teams to create a more collaborative sales process.

Hayden, 56, holds several certifications in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM, and he regularly speaks at conferences and events around the country, including SuiteWorld, NetSuite's largest user group convention. He has received multiple President's Club awards from Microsoft and NetSuite, and Microsoft awarded him a Customer Excellence in Innovation award for his work in continuous process improvement for numerous customers and collaboration with partner organizations.

He received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University in 2013. Purdue awards the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to professionals in the manufacturing and distribution industry who demonstrate an in-depth understanding of process improvement -- with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction -- as shown through a comprehensive consulting project.

Before joining Sikich, Hayden served as the Competitive Intelligence Director at NetSuite, where he worked with all levels of the sales process to align sales representatives, solution consultants and services to provide a compelling competitive advantage. From 1998 to 2012, he worked at Sikich as the Chief Solutions Architect for the technology division. Prior to that, he served as a consultant for Softbite Solutions, which Sikich acquired in 2002. He has also held management positions in both accounting and operations at professional services, distribution and manufacturing companies.

Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elmhurst College.
