SIKORA Unveils Three New Product Innovations for the Wire and Cable Industry

These innovations include a new addition to the LASER PRO diameter measurement series, the X-RAY 6000 measurement system and the LM PRO length measuring system.

• LASER PRO Diameter Measuring Device: The newest model in the LASER PRO series measures cable diameters up to 110 mm. The system is designed for larger cable applications such as high-voltage lines and sheath systems, complementing existing LASER PRO models that measure product diameters from 0.1 to 51 mm.
• X-RAY 6000 PRO and the new X-RAY 6000 PURE, first shown at this fair: Flexible X-ray measurement systems for insulating and sheathing lines that continuously monitor wall thickness, eccentricity and diameter to support optimized production and reduced material consumption.
• LM PRO Length Measuring System: A new contact-free system that measures cable length and speed with ±0.05% accuracy. The system helps eliminate slip and mechanical wear while providing direction and standstill detection. It also delivers reliable measurement starting from 0 m/min, supporting a permanently accurate, low-maintenance measurement process without the need for recalibration after commissioning.
