Silicon Valley Tenant Advisory Specialist Douglas Sugimoto To Spearhead the UGL Services Silicon Valley Office

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), today announced the appointment of Douglas Sugimoto, formerly a Senior Vice President with Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank.

Mr. Sugimoto is one of Silicon Valley's most successful and respected tenant rep specialists with over 30 years of industry experience in commercial real estate. A graduate of San Jose State University, he joins UGL Services as a Senior Vice President and is spearheading the growth of the firm's new Silicon Valley office.

Prior to transitioning to brokerage Doug held internal real estate positions with Intuit, Silicon Graphics, Covad & 3Com with a special emphasis on Lease Restructure / Disposition, and corporate advisory service. These experiences allowed him to acquire, develop, expand, and then dispose of space, throughout the Valley as well as domestically and internationally.
