One of Elise's favorite ingredients is California Ripe Olives; the unique flavor profile lends itself well to so many dishes from breakfast to dessert and everything in between.

The simplicity of the California Ripe Olive allows it to be the star of the show or the one ingredient that ties the dish together. Step up your avo toast game by adding olives and other ingredients that create a flavor explosion like a Fried Egg, California Ripe Olives and Smoked Paprika, California Ripe Olives Relish, Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinegar or even Pan-Seared Corn, California Ripe Olives and Queso Fresco. All simple ingredients, but together create something unique and, more importantly, delicious.

It's amazing what some sirloin steak and a few skewers can do. Even in the chilliest of weather Simply Recipes' Rosemary Olive Steak Skewers brings all the flavors and warmth of summer. The combination of rosemary and olives is one that you will want revisit again and again.

With the holidays rapidly approaching, the desire to create something mouth-watering and memorable for all of the functions on your social calendar continues to grow. Keep it classic with a Baked Brie with Olive Tapenade or step out of your comfort zone with Smoked, Herbed or even Candied Olives. Serve any of these options on their own or add them to your holiday charcuterie board.

California Ripe Olives are flavorful and versatile, but that isn't the only thing that sets them apart. California Ripe Olives are grown on multi-generational family farms where they are carefully tended to ensure that only the best make it into the can.

After they are hand-harvested, they make their way to one of two family owned canneries in California for curing using a process that was developed in the 1800s. All of this comes together to make the one-of-a-kind California Ripe Olive. With these olives, the possibilities are endless, but one thing is certain: simple ingredients, make simply amazing meals.
