Hall Manager expands the student safety capabilities of Visitor Aware to eliminate classroom disruptions

Hall Manager will enable schools to implement a digital hall pass solution for students with flexible options to excuse students from class, while being able to account for their whereabouts. Teachers and administrators will have the insights they need to know where students are and eliminate the need for outdated and unreliable student excusal methods.

With Hall Manager, schools have three ways to excuse students from class:
- Students request to be excused from their personal devices and are automatically granted permission to leave
- Classrooms set up a dedicated device, like an iPad or Chromebook, that students can use to get a digital hall pass
- Teachers can grant permission through their portal
When hall passes are granted, it records:
- Where the student is permitted to go
- How long they are permitted to be excused
Teachers can also set up restrictions to prevent students from leaving at the same time to minimize potential disruptions outside of class.
