Singularity Partners Announces Industry Technology Veteran Jamison F. Marra as New President and CEO

BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Singularity Partners today named Jamison F. Marra as its new president and CEO and announced key global leadership changes designed to further strengthen its core IT Services business and accelerate a strategic shift to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Marra, 52, has a long track record of technology leadership, innovation and business success as CEO of Maxsam Partners since March 2004.

Reporting to founder and Chairwoman Shraddha Rimal, Marra will lead Singularity Partners' worldwide technology service offerings and employees globally.

Marra joins Singularity Partners from Maxsam Partners where he most recently served as CEO and co-founder. He has held executive and senior leadership positions at some of the largest high-tech companies in the industry, such as Microsoft, Amazon.com, EDS, aQuantive and more. Also today, Singularity Partners announced a new structure for its technology services and named two new leaders reporting to Marra:

Bruce Reisenauer, 57, is appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this role, Reisenauer will oversee Singularity Partners' services units: The Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. In addition, Reisenauer will oversee day-to-day operations.

Edward Berry, 45, is appointed chief technology officer. As CTO, Berry will be responsible for evolving our technology strategy, scaling our IT systems and infrastructure, deepening our machine learning expertise and driving execution on our roadmap to help create best-in-class solutions and services for our business.
