Sisram Medical Announces Share Repurchase Plan for Up to 1% of Issued Shares

Reinforcing Confidence in Long-Term Growth and Commitment to Shareholder Returns

HONG KONG, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sisram Medical Ltd (the "Company" or "Sisram", 1696.HK), a global wellness group offering Energy-Based Devices ("EBD"), injectables, and other complementary solutions, today announced a share repurchase plan under its existing share repurchase mandate and subject to market conditions. Sisram intends to repurchase shares in the open market, up to 1% of its total issued shares. Repurchased shares may either be cancelled or held as treasury shares, depending on the Company's subsequent capital management needs.

The share repurchase reflects the Board of Directors' and management's confidence in Sisram's business fundamentals and long-term prospects, while underscoring the Company's ongoing commitment to shareholder returns and long-term value creation. Sisram will implement the plan in a prudent and disciplined manner, balancing business development, strategic investment priorities, financial flexibility, and prevailing market conditions. The Company will also assess shareholder return measures that are appropriate to its stage of development and capital allocation priorities, with the aim of sharing the benefits of its growth with shareholders.

In the first half of 2026, Sisram delivered steady business progress, with revenue reaching US$171.4 million, up 3.6% year on year ("YoY"). Revenue from international markets (excluding North America) rose 16.7% YoY to US$127.0 million. APAC stood out as a key driver of international growth, generating US$78.4 million in revenue, an increase of 19.1% YoY. The injectables business maintained robust momentum, with revenue rising 54.2% YoY to US$22.2 million and accounting for 12.9% of total revenue, cementing its position as the Company's second growth engine.

Operational momentum was also evident across Sisram's core businesses. In the EBD business, flagship platforms including Alma Harmony and Hybrid family sustained solid market traction, while new product rollouts across APAC and localization initiatives in China advanced in tandem. In the injectables business, the commercialization of DAXXIFY in mainland China progressed steadily, while differentiated products including Profhilo and Hallura broadened their presence, further strengthening the foundation for more diversified growth.

Looking ahead, Sisram will further strengthen the strategic integration of R&D and innovation, global commercial operations, and localized capabilities, anchored by its three global strategic hubs in Israel, the United States, and China. The Company will continue to advance the iteration of its core products and the translation of innovation into commercial outcomes, while accelerating the registration and commercialization of key products across major global markets.
