Sitel to Hire 50 New Customer Care Agents in Hamilton, Alabama

Client Expansion Fuels Recruitment for Customer Service Positions

HAMILTON, Ala., Oct. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, today announced that it is actively expanding its customer service center in Hamilton, Alabama.  Sitel continues to be a positive economic force in the Hamilton community, with 400 associates currently employed. The company will hire an additional 50 permanent positions to provide customer support to new and existing clients. Additionally, Sitel is seeking experienced front-line leaders to join its team.

Interested applicants are invited to attend an on-site job fair on Tuesday, November 5 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at 500 Industrial Drive in Hamilton. Candidates are encouraged to apply online in advance of the job fair at on the "Careers" page. Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge is preferred.
