Sklar Kirsh Bolsters Corporate and Real Estate Practices

LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing to recruit top talent from major law firms and studios, Sklar Kirsh announced today the addition of two attorneys—Corporate attorney Simone Collins and Real Estate attorney Brien Kelley.

Collins focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, representing public and private companies from a broad array of industries, including media and entertainment, hospitality and leisure, retail and consumer products, professional services, and manufacturing and industrials.  Collins received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She was also a star player on the Women's Soccer Team at the University of Maryland, where she earned All-ACC Academic Team honors, and participated in the Olympic Development Program.

Kelley represents institutional and family office real estate investors, syndicators, developers, operators, and borrowers in a broad range of real-estate related matters including acquisitions and disposition, development, all types of financing (including securitized, mezzanine and preferred equity transactions) and commercial leasing.
