New agreement supports SKYBOXE's launch of business-class 5G fixed wireless internet for companies operating from homes, offices, storefronts, job sites, and wherever business happens
SARASOTA, Fla., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SKYBOXE®, a 5G fixed wireless internet company built for the way people work, build, and stay connected today, announced that it has entered into a reseller partnership that enables SKYBOXE to offer Verizon Business data plans to qualified business customers across the United States.
The agreement gives SKYBOXE a new path to deliver business-class 5G fixed wireless internet to small businesses, sole proprietors, home-based companies, remote offices, storefronts, job sites, and other business locations that need fast, flexible connectivity without the cost, delay, or complexity often associated with traditional wired broadband.
"Business happens everywhere, and the broadband market has not always kept up with that reality," said Rob Shambro, CEO and co-founder of SKYBOXE. "Most people see a house. We see a company. We see the consultant, the realtor, the insurance agent, the contractor, the creator, the e-commerce operator, and the small business owner who depends on being connected every day. This partnership gives SKYBOXE a powerful way to bring business-class 5G internet to those customers."
SKYBOXE plans to offer Verizon Business data plans with SKYBOXE fixed wireless access devices as part of a simple business internet solution designed for practical deployment. The company's business-focused service model is intended to help customers to get connected quickly, avoid unnecessary wired installation delays, and support primary or backup connectivity needs.
The company is organizing its business internet offering around two product families:
SKYBOXE PRIMETM – Primary business internet for companies that need fast, flexible, high-performance connectivity.
SKYBOXE SHIELDTM – Backup internet and business continuity for companies that need to stay connected with their primary service is interrupted.
Together, SKYBOXE PRIME and SKYBOXE SHIELD give business customers a practical way to use 5G fixed wireless access for primary connectivity, backup connectivity, and business continuity.
"SKYBOXE is not an ordinary internet service provider," Shambro added. "We are building a modern 5G internet company around a simple idea: business-class internet should be easier to deploy, easier to manage, and built for the places where business actually happens. This reseller partnership is an important step in bringing that promise to the market."
SKYBOXE expects to make its Verizon Business-powered offerings available to qualified business customers beginning in Q4 2026, subject to service availability, customer qualification, and applicable plan terms. Device and service pricing will be announced prior to launch.
