Nichols brings extensive experience in regulatory affairs, transportation policy, and aviation safety, having served as FAA Chief Counsel, where he played a critical role in regulatory oversight and policy development. His insights will further strengthen Skyryse's work with the FAA to advance the certification of Skyryse One^™, the first aircraft with SkyOS – the world's first universal operating system for aviation.
