Slalom Consulting Earns #1 Spot on the Seattle Business 100 Best Companies to Work For List
SEATTLE, June 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Slalom Consulting, a national business and technology consulting firm headquartered in Seattle, today announced that it has been awarded first place in the Seattle Business 100 Best Companies to Work For 2013 competition (large company category). This is the fourth consecutive year that Slalom has earned a spot on the prestigious list, which recognizes Washington businesses for excellence in leadership, benefits, work environment, training, and employee satisfaction, among other criteria.
Specifically, Seattle Business is recognizing Slalom, which employs 523 professionals in Washington, for executing innovative strategies in human resources, management, and employee compensation. This year's list is the publication's 23rd annual ranking. Employees of participating organizations were surveyed by Gilmore Research Group, which determined an initial ranking. A panel of six judges then reviewed the initial results to determine final rankings. Ultimately, 100 businesses were selected from five categories: large companies, large companies headquartered outside Washington, midsize companies, small companies, and nonprofit organizations.
