Smart Circle Expands Executive Team, Announces Jigna Patel As Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Smart Circle, Jigna served as Corporate Counsel for World Premier Investments, and General Counsel for RIA Financial Services, where she negotiated international banking agreements, strategic partnerships and marketing alliances. Before joining RIA, she served as Legal Counsel for CMG Worldwide working on celebrity estate licensing and marketing deals. She started her career as an associate attorney with Baily & Ross, where she advised on the development and execution of promotional marketing campaigns. She holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and a B.A. from The University of California – Irvine.
