In new appointments, Kay Oswald joins as President of International, where he will help lead SmileDirectClub's launch into target markets across Asia, Europe, and South America. Justin Skinner also joins the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Skinner will set and align the company's global vision for technology with its overall business goals and continue to build out the company's robust tech team.
In promotions, Steve Cicurel has been named Chief Development Officer (CDO). A member of the SmileDirectClub team since its inception, Cicurel has successfully driven improvements across all facets of the business. In his new role, he will lead international growth and product expansion. Additionally, Cheryl DeSantis, who previously served as Vice President of People & Organization, is now Chief People Officer (CPO). DeSantis will drive the business-wide people agenda, getting the right talent in the door and ensuring the organization is structured for optimum growth.
