SmithAmundsen Announces Opening of Second St. Louis Office Location

CHICAGO, Jan. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SmithAmundsen LLC is pleased to announce the opening of its second office in St. Louis, Missouri.

This is the latest expansion for SmithAmundsen, a 140-lawyer firm headquartered in Chicago serving an impressive roster of regional and national clients. In October of 2010, the firm expanded to the St. Louis area, opening an office in nearby St. Charles, Missouri. SmithAmundsen-St. Louis will serve the firm's clientele with a mixture of both litigation and corporate/business services. The new office will be led by Brad Goss, a partner with over 27 years experience in real estate development, zoning, subdivision, construction, leasing, finance, banking and municipal law.  In addition to serving as Partner-in-Charge, Brad represents developers, homeowners associations, banks, contractors, subcontractors, and governmental entities including counties, cities, and special political subdivisions in a myriad of matters. Brad has been instrumental in the drafting and passage of legislation designed for complex mixed-use developments and special taxing districts in Missouri. In addition to Brad, Associates Heather Bub, Lisa Johnson, and Sunny Sims will work out of the new office in St. Louis.
