ATLANTA, Feb. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On Monday, Hooters will roll out a seasonal menu featuring Smoked Wings, Daytona Style Shrimp, a Sloppy Joe Sandwich and a Blackened Mahi Sandwich. The limited time offer menu will roll out in Hooters locations across the country beginning February 21st.

The limited time offer menu will run for 6 weeks in conjunction with basketball season and Lent. Featuring basketball analyst and Hooters long-time spokesperson Dick Vitale, this spring-time menu traditionally offers many seafood items to cater to customers that observe Lent.
The menu includes Smoked Wings, 10 wings Hickory Smoked to perfection and tossed in Daytona or BBQ Sauce and served with ranch or bleu cheese dressing; Sloppy Joe, an old-time favorite sandwich served with Onion Rings; Blackened Mahi Sandwich, a blackened mahi filet served on a ciabatta roll and Daytona Shrimp, fried shrimp smothered in Hooters Daytona Sauce and finished off on the grill.
