Jim will define and implement programs and processes within our channel management organization that will drive revenue growth through Smoothstone's channel partner relationships. This new appointment strengthens Smoothstone's presence among partners selling IP-based communications equipment, cloud-based services and on-demand applications to enterprises nationwide.
