SNG Interactive secures Transactional Waiver allowing NYX Gaming Group Limited's online gaming platform, the OPS™ to launch in New Jersey
LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - NYX Gaming Group Limited is pleased to confirm that Sportech-NYX Gaming LLC (SNG), the Group's joint venture with Sportech PLC ("Sportech"), received a transactional waiver for iGaming operations in the state of New Jersey. SNG is now provisionally permitted to offer real-money online gaming to customers in New Jersey on NYX's Open Platform System (OPS™). This certification is significant in the US market and confirms that SNG is compliant with the rules and regulations enforced by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
SNG's first customer, Resorts Casino Hotel, will launch its real-money online platform (www.resortscasino.com) at the end of this month. By integrating NYX's OPS™ with its game content platform, Open Gaming System (OGS™), the historic casino will launch with over 120 slot and table games. Forty of the games are new to the New Jersey market and have been developed by NextGen Gaming Pty. Ltd., which is NYX's slot design studio in Sydney, Australia.
