Shubin and her new colleagues will oversee exciting new developments at SOCAP in 2015: the introduction of a new customer engagement framework, a drive to increase membership and an effort to expand the range of educational materials offered online.
Together, the new board members understand the interests and needs of the customer care profession and are committed to continuing the development of SOCAP's resources and education during their term.
