ChemStewards, SOCMA's environmental, health, safety and security program (EHS&S), assists chemical companies in optimizing their performance and creating a safe and secure manufacturing environment.
"As I've visited facilities throughout the past year, I've found process and occupational safety are top priorities for these companies, and they are making investments to ensure their employees are getting the training they need to create a safe workplace," said Dr. J. Holland Jordan, Managing Director of ChemStewards. "As a program established to meet the unique needs of the specialty chemical industry, the symposium is one way we can provide information and share best practices to assist these companies on the road to improving their EHS&S practices."
