The Minister of Justice and SodaStream's management took part in the Opening Bell Ceremony at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), to mark the dual-listing of SodaStream shares on TASE.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Justice, Ms. Ayelet Shaked, said: "I am happy to be here today. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange is the natural place for any Israeli company to trade and we need to make a joint effort to attract additional companies to list in Tel Aviv. This exchange is a reflection of the Israeli economy which is robust and thriving, therefore we should reinforce and celebrate this economy with a strong stock exchange. At the Ministry of Justice, together with the Deputy Attorney General, Avi Licht, we are leading a deliberate effort to provide regulatory relief to encourage additional dual-listings following the listing of SodaStream today. It is a great accomplishment to the State of Israel that an Israeli company, such as SodaStream, which employs more than 2,000 employees in Israel, will be listed on the Exchange.
