Anna is a seasoned international human resources executive, who will be responsible for developing world-class talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs for Softchoice.

Anna brings more than 20 years of experience innovating and transforming companies in a variety of sectors – from manufacturing to pharmaceuticals – having held human resources leadership roles in Canada, the US and, most recently, with UK-based energy company Centrica PLC. As the senior vice-president of People and Growth, she will be responsible for talent management, organizational development and design, recruitment, retention, performance and employee engagement, and compensation programs. All of these areas have a tremendous impact on fostering Softchoice's people and award-winning culture.
