The call center teams will be responsible for communicating with business to business accounts with the goal of generating leads for the Microsoft Cloud Services team. Applicants with previous experience in a sales or customer service position are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of telephone and computer systems is also a plus. Roles in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey are available. If you're an outgoing and organized individual with a passion for IT and generating sales leads, a position may be available for you!
