FORT COLLINS, Colo., Nov. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta-based software services firm Xpanxion has recently expanded into the state of Colorado. The new office in Fort Collins is the latest location in the company's rapid growth plans. Xpanxion is an enterprise services company that follows a rural sourcing model that leverages communities outside of major urban areas and already has established offices in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Georgia along with an offshore office in Pune, India.
The city of Fort Collins was chosen as the next location to better serve customers by opening access to the talent-rich Colorado candidate pool. Additionally, as with the company's current locations in other states, college towns provide not only potential employees, but access to educational centers for training, and serve as attractive places to live. The company plans to establish strong ties and relationships with Colorado State and other surrounding colleges and universities. Xpanxion founder and CEO, Paul Eurek further explained the choice, "We find that entertainment-packed cultural hubs like Fort Collins foster energetic and friendly communities for our employees. We couldn't be more thrilled to continue to expand our organization into Colorado, and we look forward to the same success we have experienced in our other locations." Xpanxion first opened its concept of a "rural" software services office in 2006 in Kearney, Nebraska. The company has since expanded to three additional states.
When asked about growth expectations for the Fort Collins office, Eurek added, "As with the other Xpanxion office locations, our long-term vision for the new office in Fort Collins is to employ at least one hundred local IT professionals. We make commitments to our communities for continued and consistent growth, and we are excited for Fort Collins to compliment and expand our existing service offerings for our clients." The company provides software development, testing, business intelligence and other IT services for enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 companies. Utilizing a business model that focuses on locations outside of urban areas, the software firm connects individuals in rural communities to unique opportunities that would otherwise not be available in their area.
