Software Europe Takes Expenses Claims to Downing Street

Distance Verification Service From Postcode Anywhere an Integral Part of New Expenses Claims Software

Web-based application supplier Software Europe is confident it can ease the Government's expenses woes this week, after visiting Downing Street to pitch its expenses claims software.

The online tool, which includes features from Postcode Anywhere's web-based Distances and Directions service, was shortlisted from over 350 proposals in the Cabinet Office's Innovation Launch Pad initiative earlier this month.

The aim of Innovation Launch Pad is to help small-medium businesses promote their specialist services to the public sector - with a view to saving Government money. Software Europe's service is already helping NHS Trusts manage their expenses claims online.
