Appointment strengthens SoftwareOne's leadership across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America as the company enters its next phase of AI-driven growth
MILWAUKEE, Wis., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SoftwareOne today announced Regina Manfredi as President Americas, effective September 1, 2026, elevating the role to the Executive Board as she takes on leadership of the company's business across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
The appointment comes as SoftwareOne reported strong H1 2026 results, with revenue growth of 11.6% and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of 4.5 percentage points year-over-year, alongside broad-based momentum across every region in which the company operates. The announcement is part of a broader evolution of SoftwareOne's Executive Board designed to bring the company's leadership closer to its customers as it moves into its next phase of execution.
Manfredi joined SoftwareOne in 2023 and most recently served as President North America (NORAM), where she steered the region back onto a growth trajectory within six months. A 2026 CRN Women of the Channel Solution Provider Power 80 honoree, she brings 18 years of technology industry experience across P&L management, cloud and AI ecosystems, and hyperscaler partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google.
"Regina has proven she can deliver results - she brought NORAM back to growth in record time by putting customers, partners, and employees first," said Raphael Erb, CEO SoftwareOne. "As President Americas, she'll deepen those relationships even further, ensuring our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America have the partner they need to navigate AI-driven change."
"I'm honored to help further SoftwareOne's vision at such a pivotal moment for our customers and partners. AI is transforming how they operate, and my focus is making sure they have a trusted partner by their side every step of the way," said Manfredi. "I look forward to working even more closely with our teams across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America to deliver on that promise, together."
Manfredi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Houston and is currently completing the Agentic AI Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
