Toledo will have another opportunity to share insights with Future Food-Tech attendees during a case study panel presentation on March 14 at 11:55 a.m. Toledo will join Biohm Technologies CEO Sam Schatz and Nimble Science CEO Sabina Bruehlmann for a discussion titled "Mapping the Microbiome to Unlock Health Benefits Across Life Stages."

The presenters will look at gaps in mapping the gut microbiome, how that translates to human health, and what research is needed to further the understanding of the gut microbiome.
