SolarEdge to Demonstrate its Technical Leadership at Intersolar

FREMONT, Calif., July 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At Intersolar North America 2013, SolarEdge Technologies is introducing new power optimizers and solar inverters for commercial scale PV systems. The new OP600 power optimizer enables installers to connect two 60-cell modules in series to one power optimizer lowering the cost of electricity for commercial customers.   Later in 2013, SolarEdge will also expand upon its residential line of products by introducing the new higher powered line of single phase inverters that reach the 11.4kWac power level. 

With over two million power optimizers and over eighty thousand inverters sold to date in over forty-five countries, SolarEdge is leading the power optimizer market.   At a growth rate of over 100% year-on-year in the US residential market, SolarEdge is also gaining momentum with installers who benefit from higher energy harvest, module level monitoring, increased design flexibility and improved safety.
