Soles4Souls® Inc. names Les Ward as new Chief Financial Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Soles4Souls Inc. ,  a global not-for-profit institution dedicated to fighting poverty through the distribution of shoes and clothing, announced today that it has named Les Ward as Chief Financial Officer. Ward joins Soles4Souls after serving as interim CFO since November 2012, and has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in both the corporate and non-profit arenas.

Previously, Ward co-founded BlackBriar Advisors LLC, a Dallas-based business renewal and acceleration firm that assisted companies in improving their business models and financial positions. Ward also was a Managing Partner in the Dallas office of Tatum LLC, where he was responsible for marketing, business development and client relations. He also served in several senior executive positions including COO and CFO with Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a non-profit organization committed to developing better leaders through education and idea exchange. While there, Ward spearheaded the merger with World Presidents' Organization, making YPO the largest chief executive network in the world with more than 20,000 members in more than 100 countries.
