Taught by instructors who have extensive first-hand experience facilitating real-life RCAs on behalf of our clients, students learn Sologic's new logic-based RCA methodology, which incorporates concepts and steps that clients have asked for, and advancements in how cause and effect is understood and taught.  It is designed to be intuitive, accurate and scalable for problems of any size and complexity, and enables users to find solutions that might otherwise get overlooked, especially when compared with categorical methods.

In the one-day "RCA Analyst Level 2: Master Facilitator" course, students learn to lead more complex root cause analysis projects by gaining additional investigation and facilitator skills.  They also learn to plan and support an effective RCA program.
