Marisa Mann has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Mann acted as Managing Director for the Chicago office and has been integral in the evolution of the delivery practice as the firm continues to scale. Building on her success running the Chicago practice, Mann will now be responsible for global delivery across Solstice's Chicago, New York and Buenos Aires delivery centers.

Mann has over 18 years of experience in consulting and financial services industries, working on large scale enterprise initiatives across many technologies. Mann has an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to Solstice, she worked at JP Morgan Chase and Accenture.
Solstice also announced a circle of four of the firm's technical directors to focus on the CTO function. The team, comprised of Henry Oyuela, Chris Weiland, Carl Grin and Mike Koleno, will be responsible for technology evangelism and thought leadership, continuous improvement of Solstice's modern application development delivery, and running the R&D function for the organization. Together the group has over 80 years of engineering experience across embedded, IoT, mobile and enterprise cloud ecosystems.
