NEW YORK, March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Online music streaming service Songza and weather leader The Weather Company, parent to The Weather Channel, announced today a new partnership that leverages comprehensive data from The Weather Channel to enhance Songza's ability to deliver exactly the right music, based on what a user is doing or feeling at that moment. In addition to the day, time, device type, location and past behavior, Songza now uses weather data, provided by The Weather Channel, to better predict the "context," or state of mind, a user is in and what music can be served to improve it.
