Roth joined the firm as Counsel in June 2010, bringing extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation. His industry practice areas include, but are not limited to, advertising and new media, investor relations and financial services. He regularly represents corporate, business, and industrial clients in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration forums.

Roth was graduated from Boston College Law School, cum laude, in 1995. He was graduated, with honors, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1992.
