SOS Limited Reports Digital Assets of $75.57 Million and Outlines Data Center Development Plans

Digital assets valued at approximately $75.57 million as of September 2026; hosting revenue in 2025, up 15.3% year-over-year

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SOS Limited (NYSE: SOS) (the "Company") today reported on its digital asset portfolio and hosting revenue as set forth in its 2025 Annual Report on Form 20-F. As of September 24, 2026, the Company's Bitcoin, Ethereum and their equivalents had a combined fair value of approximately $75.57 million, compared with approximately $79.1 million at December 31, 2025. Hosting revenue was $7.501 million in 2025, up approximately 15.3% from 2024. These figures are derived from the Company's audited financial statements and current market data. Current values may differ.

SOS is evaluating opportunities to leverage its hosting experience in data center infrastructure. There can be no assurance that any such opportunities will be pursued or, if pursued, will be successful.

Reported digital assets at December 31, 2025

As of September 24, 2026, the Bitcoin, Ethereum and their equivalents held by the company have fair value of approximately $75.57 million.

The Company's 2025 Annual Report on Form 20-F, filed on May 15, 2026, reported the year-end balances. Updated valuations as of September 24, 2026 are as follows.

Unit counts include equivalents, as presented in Item 5 of the annual report. The Company adopted ASU 2023-08 on January 1, 2025 and measures these assets at fair value, with changes recognized in earnings. These values are not cash balances. See Item 5 and Note 9 of the Form 20-F.

Item 15 of the annual report disclosed material weaknesses in financial reporting controls relating to crypto-related assets and mining equipment, including valuation, existence and ownership-verification procedures.

Hosting revenue for 2023, 2024 and 2025

As reported in the 2025 Form 20-F, hosting revenue was $2.365 million in 2023, $6.506 million in 2024 and $7.501 million in 2025. Hosting represented approximately 4.9% of total revenue in 2025. Commodity trading remained the Company's largest revenue segment.

Proposed AI and cloud data center in Indonesia

On September 18, 2026, SOS announced a framework memorandum entered into by its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary, Future Digital Trading Pte. Ltd., relating to a proposed AI and cloud data center campus on Bintan Island, Indonesia. The memorandum describes up to approximately 500 megawatts (MW) in total capacity, with an initial phase of approximately 50 MW if the project proceeds. The memorandum is nonbinding except for specified provisions.

The September 18 announcement also referenced approximately 180 MW of indicative, nonbinding expressions of interest from potential tenants. These expressions of interest are preliminary and nonbinding, do not constitute customer contracts, committed revenue or firm capacity reservations, and may not result in definitive agreements on any terms.

Development of the proposed data center is subject to completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, obtaining financing on acceptable terms, and receipt of required regulatory and governmental approvals, among other conditions. Project financing has not been obtained. The stated capacity figures represent planning targets, not capacity in operation, and there can be no assurance that the project will proceed on the terms described, or at all.
