South Africa's Leading Engineering Group Selects Agresso ERP to Support Growth in Diverse Markets

UNIT4, the global business software group, today announced that Bosch Holdings Group, South Africa's leading engineering and services group based in Durban, has purchased its Agresso Business World Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage operations across three diverse business divisions.

UNIT4 is a leading provider of enterprise software for Businesses Living IN Change (BLINC)™. The contract, signed with UNIT4 distributor Exponant, is worth more than €250,000 (approx. $312,500 USD) in software and services.

Bosch Holdings recently underwent a significant change programme to rebrand and better establish itself as an integrated, multi-company group. The group operates three distinct divisions which are specifically structured to enable each company to focus on its unique niche markets and core businesses yet collectively offer the full resources, services and products of the group as seamless integrated packages. Bosch Projects provides engineering solutions and equipment in the industrial, sugar and energy sectors. Bosch Stemele provides specialised multi-disciplinary engineering services for a wide range of infrastructure developments as well as project and construction management and Bosch Munitech provides specialist operations and maintenance services to public sector authorities.

Bosch Holdings has purchased Agresso modules covering financials, project costing and billing, procurement, human resources and planning.
