South County Trojans Youth Football Provided Non-Profit Entity of Mission Viejo Cowboys in Merger of Elite Youth Football Programs

MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Feb. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Chad Johnson, Mission Viejo High School head football coach and chairman of the board of South County Trojans Youth Football, announced today that Dereck Curtis, former president of Mission Viejo Cowboys Youth Football is contributing the Cowboys' 501c3 non-profit entity to a shared vision with the South County Trojans. Curtis is partnering in this vision as a continued board member with the Trojans and will also coach what will be a powerhouse SC Trojans 12U division.

In conjunction with Curtis' contribution of the 501(c)(3), it includes tens of thousands of dollars' worth of quality equipment that will be repurposed and rebranded for use by SC Trojans players in the coming weeks.
