South Florida State Hospital Receives Full Accreditation from the Joint Commission

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Correct Care Recovery Solutions (CCRS), a division of Correct Care Solutions, announced today that South Florida State Hospital has been reapproved for full Hospital Accreditation from the Joint Commission, which it has had since July 1999. This certification recognizes that South Florida State Hospital continually assesses and improves the quality of its care, treatment, and services. The commission accredits approximately 80 percent of the hospitals nationwide to improve health care by reviewing health care organizations to help ensure consistent, safe, and effective care. South Florida State Hospital is among four CCRS' Behavioral Health Division facilities in Florida, all of which are accredited by the commission.
