Southfield Capital Closes Oversubscribed Fund IV at $560 million

GREENWICH, Conn., May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Southfield Capital, a premier lower middle market private equity firm, announced the final close of Southfield Capital IV ("Fund IV") with $560 million of capital commitments. Fund IV was oversubscribed and exceeded its original hard cap.

Fund IV attracted strong support from existing investors and broadened its limited partner base with select new institutional investors across the U.S. and internationally, including family offices, consultants, pension funds, insurance companies, and fund of funds.
