SPA Announces ISO 9001:2015 Certification

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., (SPA) announced Wednesday it received ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2015 certification after an independent registrar conducted the registration audit last month. 

ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that assists service providers and companies meet customer satisfaction standards, work more efficiently, and enhance quality control processes. During the audit, SPA's Quality Management System was found to fully meet all ISO 9001:2015 standards. Annually, surveillance audits will be conducted to ensure continual compliance with the standards.
