Sparkling Queens give cancer patients one less thing to worry about

Company has provided free home cleanings to 36 Dallas-area residents since 2023

DALLAS, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sparkling Queens, a woman-owned professional home cleaning service serving the Dallas area, has partnered with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason since 2023 to provide donated cleanings to cancer patients. For recent Dallas-area recipient Sophie Denison, the service did more than help create a cleaner, more germ-free home, it brought peace of mind, eased stress during treatment and allowed her to focus on her health.

"My physical limitations made it impossible for me to clean and tidy up my apartment on my own, which was causing me a lot of emotional distress," said Denison, a patient with Stage 3 cancer. After opening her first Sparkling Queens location in Savannah, Georgia, in 2020, founder Taylor Matthews expanded the company into the Dallas area in 2023, bringing its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason into the new market. After her idea received support from other owners at an international residential cleaning industry conference, she registered the nonprofit and began signing up other cleaning companies to join hers.
