Spartan Marketing Acquires Web Design Firm Notion Design Group

Greensboro agency adds website design, development and hosting for more than 70 businesses; Notion co-founders join the team

GREENSBORO, N.C., Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Spartan Marketing, a Greensboro-based marketing agency, has acquired Notion Design Group, a website design and development firm that has built more than 1,000 websites since 2006 and serves more than 70 businesses, nonprofits, and agencies. The acquisition, which closed in July, establishes Spartan's website design and development division. Notion co-founders Joel Eschenbach and Tommy Bradley lead it as Creative Director and Director of Web Development.

All Notion client engagements, including active website builds, managed hosting and ongoing maintenance, continue under the same team.

Spartan's combined offering now includes website design and development, marketing strategy, StoryBrand messaging, SEO, paid media, content and video, and sales enablement.
