Spinnaker Expanding Value-Added Warehouse Operations to Meet Customer Demand

DENVER, Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Spinnaker, a global leader in supply chain consulting and supply chain execution services, has announced the expansion of its North American operations with a new facility in Columbus, Ohio. This center provides customers another strategically located hub for both forward and reverse logistics operations, while supporting continued growth of Spinnaker Returns Solutions.

The new 55,000 sq. ft Value-Added Warehousing and Distribution (VAWD) center will open in January of 2013.  It deepens Spinnaker's strategic focus and capabilities in managing returns center operations for its customers.   The new center is being designed to enable companies to utilize the latest technology and processes in supporting integrated returns solutions, a key component of Spinnaker's VAWD capabilities.  As a multi-year Green Supply Chain award winner, Spinnaker will leverage green building practices not just for their facility, but for their customers' own supply chain practices, helping them achieve critical sustainability and compliance goals.
