It was created to complement the annual Collaborate conference and offer more in-depth educational sessions for JD Edwards users. Arthur Ramirez, Senior Consultant, will provide insight into the HCM implementation approach. He will discuss in detail the preferred method for improving customer service levels of employees and managers and explain how to enhance the lines of communication between the company and its employees.
