Spinnaker Support to Lead Educational Sessions at JD Edwards INFOCUS

Taking place at the Omni Interlocken Resort on November 7-9, 2012, JD Edwards INFOCUS is an EnterpriseOne product-focused event hosted by the Quest International Users Group (Quest).  It was created to complement the annual Collaborate conference and offer more in-depth educational sessions for JD Edwards users.  Topics at the conference will dig into JD Edwards product modules like HCM, Financials, Tools & Technology, Supply Chain/Distribution & Manufacturing, SRM and Product Costing.

  Thursday, November 8, 9:30 pm – 10:20 pm, the Birch Room
  Eric Osterloh, VP of Sales, will present options if customers have an older release of JD Edwards and discuss how to address the loss of premier support that will occur in December 2013 for some applications.  
  
• HCM Self-Service Phased Implementation Approach
  Friday, November 9, 11:30 am – 12:20 am, Centennial Ballroom E
  Arthur Ramirez, Senior Consultant, will provide insight into the HCM implementation approach. He will discuss in detail the preferred method for improving customer service levels of employees and managers and explain how to enhance the lines of communication between the company and its employees.
