("Frontier") (NASDAQ: ULCC), parent company of Frontier Airlines, Inc.

Merger Agreement with Frontier

As previously announced, Spirit Airlines, Inc. entered into a merger agreement with Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. on February 5, 2022.
