LEBANON, Tenn., Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Spring arrives early this year at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® as the brand elevates its menu with the addition of new sweet and savory menu offerings – including OREO® Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes, and Southern-inspired entrees like a Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet and Shrimp n' Grits.

New OREO Cheesecake Pancakes are an indulgent, dessert forward take on Cracker Barrel's buttermilk pancakes including pancakes with a cheesecake filling topped with everyone’s favorite cookie – Oreo.

This spring try your favorite flavor from Cracker Barrel's new Pancake Platter lineup including Blueberry, Pecan, Chocolate Chip, Fresh Strawberry, Cinnamon Spiced Apples and Country Peach toppings.

Cracker Barrel's new Cajun Shrimp Skillet includes grilled shrimp with a zesty creole sauce, served with seasoned rice and grilled parmesan break for dipping.

New Shrimp n' Grits are available all day at Cracker Barrel and feature tender shrimp and andouille sausage sautéed with onions, celery and red peppers all simmered in a zesty creole sauce. Served over our rich n’ creamy dinner grits and topped with green onions. Comes with grilled parmesan bread for dipping.

Inspired by an original menu item, Cracker Barrel's new Crispy Onion Petals feature lightly battered and crispy-fried, seasoned with garlic salt and served with our new Country Comeback dipping sauce.

A latte inspired by Cracker Barrel's famous pancakes, the Pancake Latte is made with sweet maple flavor, espresso and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with 100 pure natural syrup.

Inspired by the most craved fruit for spring, the new Strawberry Peach Lemonade and Spritzer, make the perfect refreshing seasonal beverage.
