Prior to joining SquareTrade, Michael Adler served as executive vice president and CFO of Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE), the world's largest online travel company, for nearly six years. During his time at Expedia, he drove a strategy of profitable growth as the company rapidly expanded its international business, significantly diversified its revenue base and substantially improved its operating efficiency. Prior to Expedia, Michael served as SVP of financial planning and analysis for IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI), a leading media and Internet company with brands including Ask.com, CitySearch and Match.com. Before joining IAC, Michael served in senior leadership positions at companies including SchoolSports (now known as ESPN Rise) and Cheyenne Software. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors for Yodle, Inc., a leader in local online marketing. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
